Please note there has been a change to this weeks schedule!!!!

We have Jak’s Den representatives comming to join us at 7:30 in order to receive a presentation cheque for all the sponsership money that has been raised this year.

So instead we will have the run below starting at 6:30 for those who can make it and a fun session at 7:00 for those unable to attend the earlier session.

Please wear comfortable clothing, trainers and bring along hydration. On dark nights hi-visibility clothing is a mandatory requirement.
