There has been a change in this weeks session due to the poor lighting on the cycle path at Leys Park Road.

This weeks run is a whole group effort session, meeting at Tesco and heading to Queen Anne High School, for those who do not want to do the warm up from Tesco then please meet at the car park at Queen Anne High School (KY12 0PQ) for 7:15

Please wear comfortable clothing, trainers and bring along hydration. On dark nights hi-visibility clothing is a mandatory requirement.
