This weeks run is a whole group effort session, meeting at Tesco and heading to Pittencrieff Park  where we will be doing some hill work on the popular Parkrun Hill.

Please wear comfortable clothing, trainers and bring along hydration. On dark nights hi-visibility clothing is a mandatory requirement.
