Weekly Session: Block 1, Session 2

£1This weeks session will consist of a whole group effort session. 15 minutes continuous effort round the library loop followed by 15 minutes of hill reps on Dunfermline High Street. Allowing time for some tag team on the new row. Session will be explained on the night.
Please wear comfortable clothing, trainers and bring along hydration. On dark nights hi-visibility clothing is a mandatory requirement.
