Weekly Session: Block 3, Session 10

£1This is our weekly running session. It is open to anyone over the age of 16 years, whatever the level. We currently run with three different levels – beginner, intermediate and advanced, with each group of joggers supported by our jog leaders who will take you through a variety of structured runs so you get used to all the different types of jog training you need to be active and healthy. Our group caters for complete beginners, intermediate recreational runners on to the more adventurous, advanced runners, and we believe that our varied weekly programme has something for everyone. The sessions are designed to help you achieve your goal! If you would like to come along please send us an email using our online contact form and we will look out for you on the night.
You will be required to complete a jogscotland Par-Q form at your first session. A Par-Q form is a health & fitness questionnaire with disclaimer and emergency contact details. Please wear comfy clothing, trainers and bring along hydration. On dark nights hi-visibility clothing is a mandatory requirement.
